Shipping Shenanigans

We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure your order arrives in a jiffy. Just keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of our unique items. 

Please allow 3-4 business days for your patch/sticker order to be processed before shipment. This is not a full time business. However, 95% orders do ship out the following day! Please allow 3-4 business days for your apparel order to be processed before shipment. Apparel is made on demand by a 3rd party and will ship separately from any other category you purchase from.

Now, we know you're probably wondering about the cost of shipping. Well, hold onto your antlers because we've got some good news for you! We offer free shipping on all orders over $30. That's right, free shipping! So go ahead and add a few more items to your cart. Trust us, your trophy wall will thank you.

Returns & Cancelations 

 We totally get it - sometimes things just don't work out. But here's the deal: when it comes to returns and exchanges, we're like a stubborn grizzly bear - we don't budge.

Now, before you start growling, let us explain. Our patches are limited edition, stickers are not expensive, and apparel is made to order at this time. So, once you've snagged that majestic White-Tailed Deer or Elk mount, it's yours to keep.

If you are regretting your purchase of that exclusive Rainbow Trout and your order has not been processed/shipped. You can request a cancelation. However, once it has been processed/shipped it is out of our hands - literally!

If by some wild chance your order does arrive damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it. We'll do our best to work some magic and find a solution that leaves you grinning like a grinner.

When it comes to getting your very own custom illustration, we require a 50% deposit upfront. Yep, you heard that right. We're not asking for your firstborn or a bag of gold coins (though we wouldn't say no to either), just a simple deposit to get the ball rolling.

Why do we ask for a deposit, you might wonder? Well, it's like this: creating a masterpiece takes time, effort, and a whole lot of artistic magic. By asking for a deposit, we can ensure that both parties are committed to the project and that we can dedicate our time and energy to bringing your vision to life.

Now, we know what you're thinking. What happens if you change your mind or decide to run off and join the circus? Don't worry, we've got you covered. If you need to cancel your illustration request before we start working on it, we'll refund your deposit, no questions asked. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change.

However, once we've started working on your illustration, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We're not trying to be stingy, but  we want to make sure that we're compensated for the time and effort we've already put into your project.

Once you've paid the deposit, we'll get to work on your illustration faster than a mountain lion chasing a mule deer. We'll keep you updated throughout the process, sending you sketches and making any necessary revisions until you're absolutely thrilled with the final result.

When your illustration is complete, we'll send you all the high-resolution digital files that you can use however you please.

Liabilities

Wildland Studio is not to be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design
